—Product design manager & design ops lead based in Madrid, Spain.

I build high-performing design teams and digital products that aim to solve real problems with simple solutions. Currently, I lead product designers and researchers at TUI Group, working closely with product and tech to bring clarity and consistency to how we help users and businesses.

My background in fintech, travel, and transportation blends UX, design ops, and product strategy.
